Targeted therapy plus chemo before surgery for HER2-mutant lung cancer

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests a combination of two targeted drugs (envafolimab and disitamab vedotin) plus chemotherapy (carboplatin) given before surgery for lung cancer that has a HER2 mutation. The goal is to see if this can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

Envafolimab plus chemo for stage III NSCLC before surgery

This trial tests a new immunotherapy (Envafolimab) combined with standard chemotherapy before and after surgery for stage III non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if adding Envafolimab helps shrink the tumor and improve outcomes compared to chemotherapy alone.

Immunotherapy plus chemo before surgery for lung cancer with gene changes

This trial tests adding the immunotherapy drug Adebrelimab to chemotherapy before surgery for people with a type of lung cancer that has certain gene changes. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

NCT06851169Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy plus targeted therapy before lung cancer surgery

This trial tests two medicines given before lung cancer surgery: benmelstobart (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system fight cancer) and anlotinib (a targeted therapy that stops blood vessel growth to tumors). The goal is to see if they make the cancer disappear completely by the time of surgery.

Targeted immune-plus-chemo treatment before and after lung surgery

This trial studies whether adding immune treatment and chemotherapy around the time of lung tumor removal improves outcomes for people with operable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). You may qualify if your cancer can be surgically removed and your tumor tests meet required biomarker rules.
