- You are 18 or older.
- You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to lymph nodes in the chest (N2b).
- Your doctor has confirmed the cancer can be completely removed with surgery.
- You have not had previous treatment for this lung cancer, such as chemotherapy or radiation.
- You do not have certain gene mutations (EGFR or ALK) in your cancer.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
