Who can take part

  • You have either MASH (fatty liver with inflammation) or PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), or you don't have PCOS.
  • You drink no more than 7 alcoholic drinks per week.
  • You are not currently pregnant.
  • Your fatty liver isn't caused by something else (like certain medications or a genetic condition).
  • You haven't lost more than 10% of your body weight in the last 6 months.
