Who can take part
- Be between 18–65 years old (Part A) or 18–75 years old (Part B)
- Have a BMI between 27–35 (Part A) or 27–40 (Part B), meaning you are overweight or obese
- For Part B only: have signs of MASH (fatty liver disease with metabolic problems like high blood sugar or cholesterol)
- Not have serious uncontrolled medical or mental health conditions
- Not have a history of pancreatitis, cancer in the past 5 years, or substance misuse
- Not currently taking weight-loss medications like GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) or other obesity drugs
