Who can take part

  • You are female and between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have triple-negative breast cancer that is advanced or has spread, and it has gotten worse after at least one round of standard chemotherapy that included taxanes or anthracyclines.
  • Your cancer cannot be removed with surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in good enough health to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are within certain limits.
