Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like head and neck, colorectal, or esophageal cancer) that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment is available.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges (specific tests will be done).
  • You do not have active or worsening brain metastases, serious eye problems, or a history of severe reactions to EGFR-blocking drugs.
