Who can take part

  • You have chondrosarcoma (grade 1, 2, or 3) that has spread or is too advanced for surgery.
  • Your tumor has a specific gene change called an IDH1 mutation (tested on a recent biopsy sample).
  • You have had 0 or 1 prior drug treatments for advanced chondrosarcoma.
  • Your disease has gotten worse (grown or come back) within the last year based on scans.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have no active brain metastases requiring high-dose steroids.
