Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with IDH1-mutated AML or high-risk MDS and achieved remission (cancer shrank significantly) after initial treatment
  • You are not eligible for or cannot have a stem cell transplant
  • You are 18 years or older and in reasonably good overall health (able to care for yourself with minimal assistance)
  • You have never taken an IDH1 inhibitor before
  • You do not have severe liver or kidney problems, active infections, or major heart disease
  • If you are a woman or man who can have children, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after the study
