Who can take part

  • You have a cancer (like certain blood cancers or solid tumors) with an IDH1 R132 mutation
  • You have moderate to severe liver problems or severe kidney problems
  • Your kidney function (creatinine clearance) is at least 60 mL/min if you have liver problems, or between 15 and 29 mL/min if you have severe kidney problems
  • Your liver function tests (bilirubin, AST, etc.) are within certain ranges based on your group
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant in the last 60 days, or active GVHD requiring treatment
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child
