Who can take part
- You have a type of cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, such as colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, non-small cell lung, or small cell lung cancer.
- Your cancer has come back or gotten worse after previous treatments, and no standard therapy is available.
- You can go about your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your cancer can be measured by scans like CT or MRI.
- You have not had a similar targeted therapy that attacks the same protein (CEACAM5).
- You have not had a certain type of chemotherapy (TOPO1 inhibitor) like Enhertu or Trodelvy before.
