Who can take part
- Age 18–80 years old
- Advanced, unresectable, or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) that has failed standard treatment or you are unsuitable for it
- Received no more than 2 prior lines of systemic (whole-body) cancer therapy, unless sponsor approves more
- At least one measurable tumor lesion on imaging
- ECOG performance status 0–1 (able to carry out light activities; see questions below)
- Recent tumor tissue sample available (within 3 years) for testing
