Who can take part

  • Age 18–80 years old
  • Advanced, unresectable, or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) that has failed standard treatment or you are unsuitable for it
  • Received no more than 2 prior lines of systemic (whole-body) cancer therapy, unless sponsor approves more
  • At least one measurable tumor lesion on imaging
  • ECOG performance status 0–1 (able to carry out light activities; see questions below)
  • Recent tumor tissue sample available (within 3 years) for testing
