Who can take part
- You are 18 to 85 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).
- You are currently using, or plan to use, one or more targeted medications for pulmonary hypertension (like prostacyclin analogues, endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, etc.).
- You have not been taking these medications for less than 2 weeks.
- You can give informed consent and cooperate with the study (no serious mental illness or substance abuse that would prevent this).
- You do not have a life expectancy of less than 6 months due to a malignant tumor or other condition.
