  • You have moderate to severe opioid use disorder.
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You can read at an 8th-grade level and speak English.
  • You are on a stable dose of buprenorphine-naloxone or methadone for at least one week.
  • You do not have certain severe mental health conditions like active mania or schizophrenia.
