Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old and have metastatic prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer has stopped responding to hormone therapy, and you have already tried chemotherapy with a taxane drug and at least one next-generation hormone therapy.
  • You are able to have three different PET scans as part of your regular care to check if you are eligible for treatment.
  • You are generally well enough to manage daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months.
  • You can lie still on your back for about 1 hour and 20 minutes for a special scan.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any condition that makes the scans or treatment unsafe.
