Treating low platelet counts in people with ITP

This study tests a new combination of two medicines to help raise platelet counts in people with persistent or chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) whose platelets are still low after standard treatments. The goal is to see if this combination works better and is safe.

This study compares two treatments for people with ITP (low platelets) whose condition didn't improve after steroids.
