Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have chest pain or silent ischemia (no symptoms) with proof of reduced blood flow to the heart
- You have a complete blockage in a coronary artery that has been present for 3 months or longer
- Your kidney function is not severely reduced (eGFR above 15)
- You have not had heart bypass surgery or a stent placed in the last 3 months
- You do not have advanced heart failure (NYHA class 3 or 4), active cancer, immune system disorders, or lung-related heart disease
