Who can take part
- You can sign consent and are between 18 and 90 years old
- You have a chronic total blockage (CTO) in specific parts of certain heart arteries (LAD, LCX, or RCA)
- Your heart pumping strength (LVEF) is under 50% based on a scan within the last 6 weeks
- You have symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain, and your heart shows enough reduced blood supply (ischemia) or there are specific heart-viability findings
- Your heart team must agree that the CTO procedure is the better option for you (especially if you have complex artery disease or diabetes)
