Who can take part
- You are between 11 and 17 years old (teen) or between 18 and 45 years old (adult) and feel moderately to very socially isolated.
- Your medications and symptoms have been stable for the past 3 months.
- You are not currently in talk therapy, or you are willing to pause it during the study.
- You have an internet connection for video calls.
- You do not have serious vision, hearing, or health problems that would make it hard to join.
- You have no current thoughts of suicide and your IQ is 70 or above.
