Who can take part

  • You are a patient at a participating community health center.
  • You have significant anxiety or depression symptoms (confirmed by a research interview or questionnaire).
  • You live with a parent or guardian at least half the time, and they agree to join the study.
  • You speak English, and your parent speaks English or Spanish.
  • You are not in another active therapy for anxiety or depression, and you are not on an unstable medication dose.
