Who can take part
- You are either a healthy adult over 18 with no eye problems (except needing glasses), or a child under 18 who is already a patient at Duke Eye Center.
- If you are a healthy adult, you must be able to give consent and not be pregnant if you receive dilating drops.
- If you are a child, a parent or guardian must agree to the study and the child must not have eye conditions that block imaging (like a cloudy cornea or cataract).
- You cannot have had problems with pupil dilation in the past.
