Qigong for pain in spinal cord injury

This study tests whether a remote Qigong program can help reduce pain intensity in people with spinal cord injury and health disparities. You would practice gentle movements and breathing exercises from home using a computer or smartphone.

  • Age 18 or older
  • Have spinal cord injury with nerve pain rated 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale
  • Able to use the internet from a quiet space for remote sessions
  • Speak and understand English or Spanish
  • Not currently doing Tai Chi or Qigong three or more times per week
