Who can take part
- You must be diagnosed with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and currently having a flare-up.
- You are over 40 years old.
- You do not have severe obesity (BMI over 40).
- You are not in a coma, have unstable blood pressure, or a dangerous heart rhythm.
- You do not have a collapsed lung, facial burns or trauma, a tracheotomy, or active stomach/intestinal bleeding.
