Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy or has no standard therapy available.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a good performance status (able to care for yourself and be up and about more than half the day).
  • You must have adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys).
  • You must not have certain genetic variations in the UGT1A1 gene.
  • You must not have serious heart, lung, or other medical conditions that could make the trial unsafe.
