Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are able to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have a solid tumor cancer (like breast, ovarian, pancreatic, endometrial, or liver cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans.
  • Your organs and blood counts are working well enough.
  • Your doctor expects you to live more than 3 months.
  • You have not had cancer treatment (like chemotherapy or immunotherapy) in the last 4 weeks.
  • You have not had major surgery in the last 4 weeks.
  • You do not have a rare condition called LIPA deficiency (like Wolman disease).
