  • Women aged 18 to 24 years old
  • You have had an ankle sprain at least one year ago and still feel unstable
  • Your ankle has given way at least twice in the last 6 months
  • You have not had any ankle or leg surgery that affects balance
  • You are not allergic to kinesiology tape
