Who can take part
- You are in the surgical intensive care unit at CHU Angers.
- You have one or more wounds that are at least 4 cm² (about the size of a large postage stamp) and have been present for less than 8 days.
- Your wound is one of these types: stage 2, 3, or 4 pressure sore, laceration, ulcer, dermabrasion, or a surgical wound that has reopened.
- You do not have an allergy to honey or bee stings.
- You are not expected to be discharged within the next 48 hours.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or a new mother, and you are not under legal guardianship or in prison.
