Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a wound like a diabetic foot ulcer, pressure sore, burn, or surgical wound.
- Your wound hasn't improved after 4 weeks of standard care.

- Your limb has good blood flow (checked by a doctor if needed).

This trial tests a new “micro water jet” device (Debritom+) to help heal specific hard-to-heal wounds in people who can attend frequent visits. If you qualify, you’ll be assigned to the device treatment or standard care and monitored to see how well the wound heals.
