TCR-T cell therapy for HLA-A2 positive solid tumors
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This early-phase study tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (TCR-T cells) made from your own immune cells. You may qualify if you have a solid tumor that shows a specific target on tumor cells and your body type (HLA-A2) matches what the therapy needs.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- Be 18 to 70 years old and able/willing to sign consent and complete study procedures
- Have advanced solid cancer confirmed by biopsy/cell testing, with no good standard option (or it returned after treatment)
- Tumor must test positive for the study target, and you must be HLA-A*02 positive (the right match for the therapy)
- Prior cancer-treatment side effects must be mostly gone (about grade 0–1) before cell treatment
- Have enough blood, liver, kidney, and clotting function for treatment, and be able to get through the process safely
- Provide usable tumor tissue for target testing (archived or fresh biopsy tissue; bone biopsy is not accepted)

This early-phase study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells to attack solid tumors that have not responded to standard care. If you qualify, the team will collect blood cells, prepare the therapy, and give it back to you with close monitoring for safety and early signs of benefit.
This study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells (T cells) that are re-engineered to recognize and attack your specific tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. If you qualify, you will have a blood draw and a tumor sample collected to create your own custom T cell therapy.
This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment made from your own blood to target certain solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor has a specific protein pattern and you have tried standard treatments without success.
This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.
This trial tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells (T-cells) that are modified to attack your tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy that uses your own immune cells (T-cells) specially modified to target your tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options.
