Who can take part
- You must be able to walk 10 meters (about the length of a bus) without help.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of one of these: myotonic dystrophy type 1, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, myasthenia gravis, or severe obesity (BMI 35 or higher).
- If you have myotonic dystrophy or Charcot-Marie-Tooth, you should have physical symptoms like numbness or weakness.
- If you have myasthenia gravis, you must test positive for certain antibodies and have symptoms that affect daily activities (MGFA class II to IV).
- You must be willing and able to follow the study procedures and sign a consent form.
