  • You are 18 to 24 years old
  • You either have never used e-cigarettes, or you have been vaping for at least 6 months
  • You have never smoked tobacco cigarettes
  • You do not have any heart, blood vessel, metabolic (like diabetes), or skin conditions
  • You are not taking blood pressure or cholesterol medication
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
