This study looks at how vaping (e-cigarettes) might affect inflammation and blood vessel health in young adults. You will be asked to take a drug called salsalate to see if it changes these effects.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 24 years old.
- You either have never used e-cigarettes, or you have used them regularly for at least 6 months.
- You do not currently smoke tobacco and have never smoked tobacco.
- You do not have heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, or skin conditions.
- You are not taking medications for high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Your blood pressure is not high (less than 140/90).
