  • Your cancer is advanced or metastatic and has come back after standard treatments
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans, and you are willing to have a fresh biopsy if it's safe
  • You are in fairly good health, able to do daily activities (ECOG 0-1)
  • Any side effects from previous treatments have mostly gone away, except hair loss or mild nerve issues
  • Your vital organs (heart, liver, kidneys) are working well enough for the trial
