Who can take part
- You must be 19 years or older.
- You must have a solid tumor cancer (like liver, skin, kidney, bladder, bile duct, head and neck, stomach, breast, colon, or others with MSI-High) that has not responded to standard treatments, including immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors).
- Your tumor must be able to be injected either directly under the skin or with ultrasound guidance, and it must not be near vital structures like major blood vessels or organs.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (at least 1 cm) that hasn't been treated with local therapy before, and the total volume of injectable tumors must be at least 2 cm³ (or 6 cm³ in a higher dose group).
- You must be in generally good health (ECOG 0-2) and have adequate organ function (like blood counts, liver and kidney function).
- You must be willing to follow the study rules and use contraception if needed.
