Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You must have tried at least one standard cancer treatment that no longer works or was not tolerated.
  • You must be able to perform everyday activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least a 3-month life expectancy.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • You cannot have had certain other cancer treatments within the last few weeks.
