Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus (SLE) by a doctor using standard criteria
  • Your lupus is currently mild to moderate (not severe) and your medications have been stable
  • You can ride a stationary bike for a maximum-effort exercise test
  • You can read and understand Swedish
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or blood vessel problems, and you are not pregnant
