Who can take part

  • You have an axial spondyloarthritis diagnosis (back/spine-centered type).
  • Your diagnosis matches one of the listed ICD codes (M45, M46.0, M46.1, M46.8, or M46.9).
  • You are able to follow general physical activity recommendations.
  • You have not changed TNF or anti-inflammatory medicines in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have heart or blood vessel disease (cardiovascular disease).
  • You are not already doing high-intensity interval training regularly.
