Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have pancreatic cancer that has progressed (grown or spread) after a first-line treatment called 'AG' (gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel).
- You have not been treated with oxaliplatin, S-1, irinotecan, or any PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy before.
- You need to be in generally good health, able to do light work (ECOG score 0-1), and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (seen on a CT or MRI scan) that can be tracked during the trial.
