Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be able to carry out daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of nose/throat cancer).
  • The cancer must be mainly on one side of your nasopharynx (eccentric), with no cancer on the other side.
  • You must have had an MRI and a special scope exam (NBI) before starting treatment.
  • You must be healthy enough to receive radiation therapy without any major risks.
