Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and able to give permission to join the study.
  • You need to have a type of advanced solid tumor that has been confirmed by a biopsy or other test.
  • You should be in generally good health, as measured by a standard scale (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You need to agree to provide a tumor tissue sample before starting treatment, and possibly during treatment as well.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control if sexually active.
