Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have fibromyalgia or long COVID with fatigue lasting more than 6 months.
  • You have tried an exercise program but still feel very tired (fatigue score over 36 on the FSS scale).
  • You do less than 150 minutes of physical activity each week.
  • You do not have serious heart problems (like atrial fibrillation, recent heart attack, or stroke) or a history of vagus nerve surgery.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
