Vagus Nerve Stimulation for Cancer-Related Fatigue

This trial tests a wearable device that gently stimulates a nerve in your neck to reduce extreme tiredness caused by immune-boosting cancer treatments. You'll wear it for 4 weeks while continuing your cancer medicine, and researchers will see if it helps you feel less fatigued.

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) confirmed by biopsy
  • Currently taking immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and have completed at least 2 treatment cycles
  • Experiencing severe fatigue that interferes with daily life
  • No other cancer treatments (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation) planned during the 4-week study
  • Access to a smartphone or tablet to use the study device
