Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have advanced breast cancer confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your cancer is hormone receptor low (1-50% ER positive by IHC, or ER under 1% with PR 1% or more, or other patterns your doctor can evaluate).
  • Your cancer is HER2-negative (IHC 0 or 1+, or FISH negative if IHC 2+).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor lesion.
  • You have not had chemotherapy for advanced disease, but you may have had hormone therapy.
  • You have not taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor before, or if you did, your cancer came back more than 1 year after stopping.
