Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer is HR-positive and HER2-low or ultra-low (confirmed by a special lab test).
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body or has come back and cannot be surgically removed.
- You have already tried and your cancer got worse while on a CDK4/6 inhibitor combined with hormone therapy.
- You have not had more than one prior line of hormone therapy or chemotherapy for advanced disease.
- You have not had any prior treatment targeting HER2, including other antibody-drug conjugates like T-DXd or T-DM1.
