Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have gallbladder cancer or bile duct cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your tumor can be surgically removed but is considered high-risk (e.g., larger than 5 cm, spread to nearby lymph nodes, or involving major blood vessels).
  • You have not had any previous chemotherapy, radiation, or other systemic treatment for this cancer.
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities without help).
