Who can take part
- You have biliary tract cancer confirmed by biopsy (tissue sample), and your cancer can be surgically removed
- Your overall health is good enough for surgery and chemotherapy (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are adequate based on recent blood tests
- Your cancer has high-risk features, such as high tumor markers, large size, spread to lymph nodes, or aggressive-looking cells
- You have not received prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for biliary tract cancer
- You are willing to provide stool and liver tissue samples during the study
