Who can take part
- You must have bile duct cancer that is either newly diagnosed with high-risk features or has come back within 6 months after a prior surgery.
- If the cancer is newly diagnosed, it must be able to be removed with surgery and have at least one high-risk feature (such as a tumor larger than 5 cm, or cancer in lymph nodes).
- You must be healthy enough for surgery and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow and heart).
- You must not have cancer that has spread to other organs (metastatic) or have had certain other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks.
- You must agree to use contraception if there is a chance of pregnancy.
