Who can take part
- You have bile duct cancer that can be surgically removed, and it is either high-risk (large or multiple tumors, or spread to nearby lymph nodes) or has come back within 6 months after prior surgery.
- You are 18 years or older and in generally good health (able to care for yourself).
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs, and you are willing to have surgery after the study treatment.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within acceptable levels.
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or major abdominal surgery in the last 4 weeks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you can have children, you agree to use contraception.
