Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a bile duct cancer inside the liver) that is high-risk but still able to be removed by surgery.
- Your overall health should be good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can carry out normal daily activities).
- You must not have had previous chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for this cancer.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function must meet specific thresholds.
- If you can become pregnant or cause pregnancy, you must use effective contraception during and for 120 days after treatment.
