Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You had stage 0 to III breast cancer and finished your main treatment 1 to 10 years ago
  • You are still receiving cancer or survivorship care from an oncology provider at a participating site
  • You have no signs of active cancer (except for minor skin cancers)
  • You are comfortable reading and speaking English
  • You have access to the internet and are willing to complete online questionnaires
