Who can take part

  • You are a parent or main caregiver for a child under 18 who finished cancer treatment at least 1 month ago and hasn't had a recurrence.
  • You have a certain level of fear about the cancer returning (measured by a short questionnaire).
  • You live in Canada and have access to a computer and internet.
  • You are comfortable speaking and reading English.
  • You are not currently in another therapist-led group for emotional or mental health support.
