Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You have symptoms from a leaky tricuspid valve (tricuspid regurgitation) despite being on heart medications for at least 30 days.
  • Your leaky valve is classified as severe, massive, or torrential on an echocardiogram.
  • A heart team and a patient selection committee agree you are a good candidate for this procedure.
  • Your heart structure is suitable for the Laplace valve device, which can be placed through a vein in your neck or leg.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and come back for all follow-up visits after the procedure.
